OPERATIONAL PLAN BY MONTHS:
– May 2022: presentation of the project to the school team, presentation of the project on the school website, online meetings of the coordinator with mentors, online meeting for the project coordinator
– June 2022: reorganization of the project due to the withdrawal of the project partner, online meetings of the coordinator with the project partners, planning of the implementation of mobility
– August 2022: creation of a brochure/video about the project, creation of information and promotion channels for the project (Facebook page, Instagram profile, ESEP), online meetings of the coordinator with mentors
– September 2022: presentation of the project to parents, art competition for the project logo, selection of students to participate in the project, online meetings of the coordinator with mentors, presentation of the project on the school notice board, preparation of a description of yourself in English
– October 2022: training of the coordinator in Rogaška Slatina, online meetings of the coordinator with partner schools, workshops for participants, Erasmus day, opening of the Erasmus+ corner, training for the Erasmus+ team – digital competences, online meeting of participating students and teachers
– November 2022: reorganization of the project due to the departure of the project partner, online meetings of the coordinator with mentors, preparation of agreements, communication workshops for students
– December 2022: online meetings of the coordinator with partner schools, New Year’s wishes, workshops for participants (food waste, Poland), preparation of the first mobility program, language workshop for participants, voting for the logo
– January 2023: presentation of the project to parents for mobility to Poland, selection of students to participate in mobility, workshops on the topic of wasted food, workshops on presenting your country, presentation of mobility to Poland on the school notice board, mobility to Poland, evaluation of mobility, promotional and evaluation workshop
– February 2023: selection of students to participate in Slovenian mobility, online meetings of the coordinator with mentors, preparation of Slovenian mobility, recycled workshops for the promotional material, banner production and program preparation, Erasmus+ team meetings, agreements with participating organizations
– March 2023: Erasmus+ team meetings, preparatory workshops for the implementation of activities, organization of Slovenian mobility, implementation of mobility, promotional and evaluation workshop
– April 2023: presentation of the project to foreign teachers – job shadowing, preparation for Turkish mobility, participants’ workshops (recycling, Turkey)
– May 2023: presentation of Turkish mobility to parents, participants’ workshops, Turkish mobility, evaluation of Turkish mobility, promotional workshop
– June 2023: evaluation workshop for students, final presentation of the project at the public event, presentation of the project to parents and students, presentation of the project to the teacher council, evaluation workshop of the Erasmus+ team
– July 2023: training of the coordinator in Ljubljana, website design, publication of project results, dissemination campaigns, publication in the newspaper, joint collaborative results
-August 2023: presentation of the results of the project at the teacher’s council, dissemination-presentation of the project at a conference in Apače, planning of the teacher’s annual work plan with dissemination actions.
-September, October 2023: dissemination campaigns, workshops with students, implementation of activity day, Erasmus + days
